Biofarm Antibacterial and Anti-inflammatory Eye Drops for Dogs and Cats 20ml
BIOFARM EYE DROPS 20ML is indicated for the treatment of bacterial eye infections caused by the Staphylococcus genus in dogs and cats. Its formula contains Sodium Sulfacetamide, a bacteriostatic chemotherapeutic agent that blocks bacterial growth by competing with p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA). In addition, it contains Naphazoline Hydrochloride, a vasoconstrictor that reduces hyperemia of the mucous membranes and the inflammatory process resulting from the infection. Each 10ml contains Sodium Sulfacetamide, Boric Acid, Chlorobutanol (Trichlorobutyl Alcohol), Naphazoline Hydrochloride and Saline Solution. The eye drops are for topical use, and the recommended dosage is 3 drops in the affected eyes every 8 hours, for 5 days or as directed by the Veterinarian.
