Keravit Ophthalmic Ointment 5g Dogs and Cats Vetnil
INDICATION
In bacterial ocular infections with irritation, inflammation or edema. In inflammatory and allergic ocular diseases of animals. Gentamicin is active against Enterobacter aerogenes , Escherichia coli , Klebsiella pneumoniae , indole-positive and indole-negative Proteus species, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , some non-pigmented Serratia species and many species of Salmonella and Shigella .
HOW TO USE
Apply a thin layer to the eyelid margin, 3 to 4 times a day. Once a satisfactory response has been obtained, gradually reduce the number of daily applications. If necessary, clean the eyeball beforehand, removing any secretions that may be present. The special formula of Keravit® allows a uniform layer of medication to be maintained on the eyeball and eyelid margins that is not diluted or carried away by tear secretion, which ensures the permanent action of the active ingredients.
Continue treatment for 48 hours after symptoms disappear.
